The photos remain stored in your Slack where they were intially uploaded. All @ourmemories does is link to the image directly in your Slack instance.
Good question! By authorising @ourmemories we will generate a Slack bot token which we use to control access to your Slack team. The slack bot has access only to specific invited channels. Administrators can monitor access by seeing which channels the bot is in. Your users will log into ourmemories by logging into Slack. We use a simple identity token to authenticate their identity when giving them access to your gallery.
For awesome people willing to try out ourmemories early, then access is free. Future subscriptions will be waived.
Pricing will likely involve two tiers; teams with under 100 users will have free, indefinite access, and teams with more than 100 users will pay a small monthly fee after a short trial period.
